Questions and answers
The things people ask most. Still stuck? Get in touch.
Rinno is an app that makes phone calls for you. You tell it what you need in plain language, and it calls the business, works through the phone menu, waits on hold, talks to a real person, and gets it done.
The everyday business calls you would rather not sit through: disputing a charge, booking or rescheduling an appointment, canceling a plan, or getting through to a real person on a support line.
It calls businesses, not people. No personal or social calls, no telemarketing, and nothing meant to harass or deceive.
No. Rinno is an automated assistant that calls on your behalf, and it says so at the start of every call. It never pretends to be you or to be human.
Rinno does not record audio. If it keeps a written note of a call, it tells the other person first and asks if that is alright.
You decide what Rinno can share on each call, and we do not sell your information. The details are on our Privacy page.
It hands you the phone. If Rinno hits something only you can decide, or the business needs to speak with you directly, it connects you and steps back.
