Rinno is being built by a small team (right now, mostly one person). This page explains what we collect when you visit this website and join our waitlist, in plain language. We only collect what we need, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist, so we can let you know when Rinno launches.
• Anything you write in the feedback box, plus an optional name or email if you choose to include one.
• Basic usage data: like which pages you visit and the kind of device you're on. We use this to understand interest and improve the site. We keep this anonymous and don't use it to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your email to tell you when Rinno is available. We read feedback to make the product better. We look at usage data to see what's resonating. That's it.

Who helps us run this

A few trusted services process this information on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:

• Resend: stores the waitlist and sends the launch email.
• Supabase: securely stores feedback submissions.
• PostHog: measures anonymous site usage.
• Vercel: hosts the website.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your email or feedback at any time. Just email contact@rinnoapp.com and we'll take care of it. Every email we send will also have an unsubscribe link.

A few more things

This site and waitlist are meant for adults (18 and older). We may update this policy as Rinno grows, and we'll change the date at the top when we do. This is an early version of our privacy policy for our waitlist and website; we'll publish a complete policy, reviewed by counsel, before Rinno is available to use.
