Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: August 21, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Rinno is committed to making our app and website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility matters to us in a personal way: Rinno exists to make phone calls for people who cannot or would rather not make them, which can include people with disabilities, hearing or speech differences, or phone anxiety. We want the app you use to reach that goal to be as accessible as the calls we make for you.

2. The Standard We Aim For

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. WCAG is the internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility, and Level AA is the level most organizations aim for. It covers things like working with screen readers, letting you enlarge text, and providing enough color contrast to read comfortably.

3. Where We Are Today

Rinno is a new product. We have not yet completed a formal, independent accessibility audit, so we are not able to say that Rinno fully conforms to WCAG at this time. We are building accessibility into how we design and test the product, and we intend to complete a formal accessibility review as Rinno matures. We would rather tell you this honestly than claim more than we can support.

4. What We Do

As we build Rinno, we work to:

  • support the built-in screen readers, VoiceOver on iPhone and TalkBack on Android, and label the controls you interact with;
  • respect your device's text-size settings, so you can make text larger;
  • respect your device's Reduce Motion setting and avoid unnecessary animation;
  • provide readable color contrast, support Dark Mode, and not rely on color alone to convey information;
  • use large, easy-to-tap targets; and
  • offer alternatives to complex gestures where we can.

5. Known Limitations

As a new product, some areas may not yet meet the goal we have set for ourselves. If you run into something that is hard to use or that a screen reader or other assistive technology does not handle well, please tell us (Section 7). We treat accessibility barriers as bugs to fix, and we will keep this section updated as we identify and address them.

6. Compatibility

Rinno is a mobile app for iPhone and Android and a website at rinnoapp.com. We aim for it to work with recent versions of iOS and Android and their built-in assistive technologies (VoiceOver and TalkBack). Rinno is offered in English at launch.

7. Give Us Feedback or Ask for Help

If you have trouble using any part of Rinno, or you would like help with something in a different way, please contact us:

Tell us what happened, the page or screen involved, and the device and assistive technology you were using, if you can. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests promptly and to respond as soon as we reasonably can, and while we work on a barrier we will make reasonable efforts to give you the information or help you need through another accessible means.
